Terms of Service
Effective date: July 14, 2026 · Version 2026-07-14
1. Who we are
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are between you and FaithFullyTrading, a Michigan business (“FaithFullyTrading,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They govern the FaithFull Trade Copier customer portal, subscription, software, downloads, updates, support, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
2. Eligibility and authority
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement. You may not use the Service where doing so would violate law, broker rules, exchange rules, prop-firm rules, employer restrictions, sanctions, or another agreement that applies to you.
When you use the Service for a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
3. Account responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and keep it current.
- Keep your password and account access confidential.
- Do not share, sell, transfer, or allow another person to use your account or license.
- Notify us promptly if you believe your account or licensed device has been compromised.
- You are responsible for all activity performed through your account, except to the extent caused by our breach of law.
4. Subscription, billing, and automatic renewal
The FaithFull Trade Copier is offered as a recurring subscription currently priced at $30 USD per month, unless a different price is clearly displayed before purchase.
- Your subscription automatically renews each month until canceled.
- Stripe processes payments and stores payment-card information under Stripe’s own terms and privacy policy. We do not store your complete card number.
- You authorize recurring charges to the payment method selected at checkout.
- Taxes may be added where required.
- We may change prices prospectively after reasonable notice. A price change does not apply retroactively.
Material subscription terms are disclosed before checkout, and purchase requires your affirmative action.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel at any time through Manage Billing in the customer portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and access continues until then unless the account is terminated for fraud, abuse, chargeback misuse, security risk, or material violation of these Terms.
Payments are nonrefundable and there are no prorated credits for partial periods, except where required by law or expressly stated in the Refund Policy.
6. Software license and device limit
Your subscription provides a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the software for your own lawful purposes during an active entitlement period. The standard license is limited to one subscriber and one authorized computer at a time. Additional restrictions appear in the Software License Agreement.
7. Trading responsibility and no guarantees
FaithFullyTrading is not your broker, futures commission merchant, clearing firm, custodian, tax professional, lawyer, or fiduciary. The Service provides software tools and general information, not individualized financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.
You are responsible for reviewing every account, order, quantity, instrument, mapping, ATM template, stop, target, risk setting, connection, and execution. You must supervise the software while it is enabled and maintain independent emergency procedures.
8. Technology and execution risks
The Service depends on third-party systems and conditions outside our control, including NinjaTrader, brokerage connections, exchanges, market data, internet service, computers, operating systems, Stripe, Supabase, Cloudflare, and email providers. Orders may be delayed, duplicated, missed, rejected, partially filled, filled at different prices, or handled differently across accounts.
Risk controls, lockouts, offline access, alerts, stop orders, limits, and status indicators are convenience features. They may fail, arrive late, or behave differently during fast markets, disconnections, platform errors, account restrictions, or user misconfiguration. They are not a substitute for active supervision or broker-side protections.
9. Acceptable use
You may not:
- Copy, resell, sublicense, rent, publish, distribute, or commercially exploit the software or credentials.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, bypass, disable, tamper with, or defeat licensing, security, device limits, or access controls, except where a law expressly gives you a non-waivable right.
- Use the Service to violate law, manipulate markets, evade broker or prop-firm restrictions, interfere with systems, or harm another person.
- Upload malware, probe security, scrape nonpublic data, or access another customer’s account.
- Misrepresent your relationship with FaithFullyTrading or claim that results are guaranteed.
10. Ownership and feedback
The Service, software, branding, interface, documentation, code, designs, and related intellectual property are owned by FaithFullyTrading or its licensors. Except for the limited license expressly granted, no rights are transferred to you.
When you voluntarily provide suggestions or feedback, you allow us to use them without restriction or payment, provided we do not publicly identify you without permission.
11. Updates, availability, and changes
We may release updates, change features, suspend maintenance, replace installers, or discontinue all or part of the Service. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Some updates may be required for continued use or security.
12. Third-party services
Third-party products and services are governed by their own agreements. FaithFullyTrading is not affiliated with or endorsed by NinjaTrader, any broker, exchange, prop firm, Stripe, Supabase, Cloudflare, Resend, or Skool merely because the Service connects to or links to them. We are not responsible for third-party outages, policies, fees, data, decisions, or conduct.
13. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect customers or systems; investigate fraud, abuse, chargebacks, license sharing, or security threats; comply with law; address nonpayment; or enforce these Terms. Upon termination, your license ends and you must stop using and delete the software, except where law requires otherwise.
14. Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, OR TRADING RESULTS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR COMPATIBLE WITH EVERY ACCOUNT, BROKER, PLATFORM VERSION, OR PROP-FIRM RULE.
Some jurisdictions do not permit certain warranty exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
15. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FAITHFULLYTRADING AND ITS OWNERS, CONTRACTORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS, TRADING LOSSES, MISSED TRADES, ACCOUNT LIQUIDATION, PROP-FIRM VIOLATIONS, LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of $100 USD or the subscription fees you paid to us during the six months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot legally be limited.
16. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FaithFullyTrading and its owners, contractors, and service providers from third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use, violation of these Terms, infringement of another person’s rights, or trading activity. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by our unlawful conduct.
17. Informal dispute resolution and governing law
Before filing a legal claim, you and FaithFullyTrading agree to make a good-faith effort for 30 days to resolve the dispute by written notice, unless urgent relief or a legal deadline requires earlier action.
These Terms are governed by Michigan law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where federal law or a consumer-protection law requires otherwise. Any court proceeding must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Michigan unless applicable law permits or requires a different forum. Nothing here prevents an eligible small-claims case.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The effective date and version appear at the top. Material changes will be presented through the portal, email, or another reasonable method. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms where permitted by law; when required, we will request new affirmative consent.
19. General terms
If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary and the remaining provisions remain effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, sale, reorganization, or transfer of the Service. These Terms and the linked policies are the entire agreement concerning the Service unless a separate signed agreement expressly states otherwise.
