Trading Risk Disclaimer
Effective date: July 14, 2026 · Version 2026-07-14
1. No profit promise
FaithFull Trade Copier is software. It does not predict the future, guarantee a winning trade, guarantee execution, eliminate emotional decisions, prevent account loss, or ensure compliance with any prop-firm, broker, exchange, or tax rule. No statement, screenshot, example, testimonial, win rate, performance figure, marketing phrase, signal, or educational material should be understood as a guarantee or promise of results.
2. You control and accept every trade
You decide whether to connect an account, enable the copier, choose a leader, select followers, set quantities, use risk controls, and place or allow each trade. You are solely responsible for all gains, losses, commissions, fees, margin calls, liquidations, account closures, rule violations, taxes, and other consequences.
3. Leverage and market risk
Futures and other leveraged instruments can move quickly. Small market changes can create large gains or losses. Volatility, gaps, trading halts, limit moves, news, low liquidity, and fast markets may make it impossible to enter, exit, cancel, or modify an order at the expected price. Stop orders do not guarantee an exit price and may not limit loss as intended.
4. Copy-trading and technology risk
Copy trading adds risks beyond ordinary trading, including:
- Network latency, disconnections, data-feed delays, platform freezes, operating-system errors, hardware failure, power loss, and broker outages.
- Missed, duplicate, delayed, rejected, canceled, or partially filled orders.
- Different fills, prices, margins, account permissions, trading hours, position states, or quantities across leader and follower accounts.
- Incorrect account selection, symbol mapping, multiplier, fixed quantity, ATM template, stop, target, or risk configuration.
- Race conditions between manual actions, broker actions, platform actions, and automated actions.
- Risk controls, alerts, lockouts, offline access, and status displays failing or responding too late.
You must actively monitor all connected accounts and maintain an independent method to cancel orders, close positions, disable automation, and contact the broker.
5. Prop-firm and third-party rules
Prop firms and brokers may prohibit or restrict copy trading, automation, shared strategies, news trading, account linking, device use, IP addresses, position size, daily loss, consistency, or other activity. Their rules may change without notice. The Service does not determine whether your activity is permitted. You must read and comply with every third-party rule.
6. Simulation, backtests, and hypothetical results
HYPOTHETICAL OR SIMULATED PERFORMANCE RESULTS HAVE CERTAIN LIMITATIONS. UNLIKE AN ACTUAL PERFORMANCE RECORD, SIMULATED RESULTS DO NOT REPRESENT ACTUAL TRADING. ALSO, SINCE THE TRADES HAVE NOT ACTUALLY BEEN EXECUTED, THE RESULTS MAY HAVE UNDER-OR-OVER COMPENSATED FOR THE IMPACT, IF ANY, OF CERTAIN MARKET FACTORS, SUCH AS LACK OF LIQUIDITY. SIMULATED TRADING PROGRAMS IN GENERAL ARE ALSO SUBJECT TO THE FACT THAT THEY ARE DESIGNED WITH THE BENEFIT OF HINDSIGHT. NO REPRESENTATION IS BEING MADE THAT ANY ACCOUNT WILL OR IS LIKELY TO ACHIEVE PROFIT OR LOSSES SIMILAR TO THOSE SHOWN.
Backtests and demonstrations may omit or estimate commissions, fees, slippage, latency, order rejection, market impact, data errors, platform behavior, changing margin, psychology, or real-time decision making. Past performance is not necessarily indicative of future results.
7. Educational information and no individualized advice
Content provided through FaithFullyTrading, the portal, software, Skool, videos, messages, or support is general educational information. It is not personalized investment, commodity-trading, legal, tax, or accounting advice. We do not know your complete finances, objectives, experience, tax situation, or risk tolerance.
Consult appropriately licensed professionals and your broker before trading. Trade only risk capital—money you can afford to lose without affecting living expenses, debt obligations, emergency savings, or financial security.
8. Testing and operational safeguards
Before live trading, test installation, account mapping, quantities, stops, targets, lockouts, disconnections, reconnections, partial fills, manual flattening, and emergency procedures in a simulation environment. Start with the smallest practical size and verify each account independently. Simulation testing cannot remove live-market risk.
9. No fiduciary or brokerage relationship
Using the Service does not create a broker-client, advisory, fiduciary, partnership, joint-venture, agency, employment, or managed-account relationship. FaithFullyTrading does not hold customer funds, execute trades as your broker, guarantee broker performance, or control exchange outcomes.
10. Acceptance of risk
By using the Service, you acknowledge that you understand these risks, have evaluated whether trading and copy trading are appropriate for you, and voluntarily accept full responsibility for your trading decisions and results.
