This Privacy Policy explains what information FaithFullyTrading collects through the FaithFull Trade Copier portal and licensing system, why it is used, and the choices available to you.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to the FaithFull Trade Copier customer portal, accounts, subscription records, protected downloads, licensing validation, support communications, and related websites or services controlled by FaithFullyTrading. Third-party services have separate privacy policies.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

  • Email address, password credentials handled through Supabase authentication, and account information.
  • Subscription choices, support requests, messages, and information you send to us.
  • Legal-policy acceptance information, including policy version and acceptance time.

Subscription and transaction information

  • Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, payment status, billing period, cancellation status, invoice status, and limited payment metadata.
  • We do not receive or store your complete payment-card number. Stripe processes payment details.

Software and device information

  • A device identifier or one-way device hash used to enforce the one-computer license.
  • License status, validation time, offline entitlement time, device activation, and security or license events.
  • Basic technical information such as IP address, browser, operating-system or device characteristics, timestamps, error records, and security logs where made available by our hosting and security providers.

Cookies and local storage

The portal may use browser storage or similar technologies to maintain your authenticated session, security state, and necessary preferences. Cloudflare Turnstile may process technical signals to distinguish legitimate users from automated abuse.

3. How we use information

  • Create, authenticate, secure, and support customer accounts.
  • Process subscriptions, display billing status, and provide access to protected downloads.
  • Validate licenses, enforce device limits, provide limited offline access, and prevent unauthorized sharing.
  • Send confirmation, password-reset, service, security, billing, and support communications.
  • Detect fraud, attacks, abuse, chargebacks, and violations of our agreements.
  • Operate, troubleshoot, improve, and measure the Service.
  • Comply with legal obligations, enforce agreements, and protect rights and safety.

4. How we disclose information

We may disclose information only as reasonably necessary to:

  • Service providers: Stripe for payment and billing; Supabase for authentication, database, storage, and server functions; Cloudflare for hosting, delivery, and bot protection; Resend or another email provider for transactional email; and other vendors that support operations.
  • Legal and safety reasons: comply with law, legal process, valid government requests, or protect customers, the public, our rights, and system security.
  • Business transfers: evaluate or complete a merger, financing, reorganization, asset sale, or similar transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.
  • With your direction: when you ask or consent to a disclosure.

We do not sell personal information for money, and we do not use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. Third-party links and platforms

The portal may link to Stripe, Skool, NinjaTrader resources, or other websites. Visiting or using a third-party service is subject to that provider’s own terms and privacy practices. We do not control those practices.

6. Data retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain subscription and licensing records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, comply with tax, accounting, and legal obligations, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by record type. Some information may remain in backups or legally required records after account deletion.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including authenticated access, private storage, short-lived download links, encrypted connections, licensing controls, and bot protection. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, loss, or misuse will never occur.

8. Your choices and privacy requests

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of certain personal information, and to appeal a denied request. You may also update billing information through Stripe’s customer portal and cancel your subscription through Manage Billing.

9. Children

The Service is intended only for adults age 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information, and we will take appropriate steps.

10. United States processing

FaithFullyTrading operates from Michigan, United States. Our service providers may process information in the United States and other locations where they operate. Laws in those locations may differ from the laws where you live.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy as the Service, vendors, or legal requirements change. The current effective date and version appear at the top. We will provide additional notice when legally required.
