Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription price and renewal

The standard subscription price is currently $30 USD per month, plus any legally required tax. The subscription automatically renews monthly using the payment method selected at checkout until you cancel.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time by signing into the customer portal and selecting Manage Billing. You do not need to contact support to cancel.

Unless required by law or stated otherwise at checkout, cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current paid billing period. Your subscription and software entitlement normally remain active through that date. Canceling does not automatically refund a charge that has already been processed.

3. No-refund rule

All subscription payments are final and nonrefundable, and we do not provide prorated refunds or credits for partial months, unused time, failure to install or use the software, trading losses, prop-firm rule violations, platform incompatibility that was reasonably disclosed, or a change of mind.

This rule does not limit any refund, cancellation, or consumer right that cannot legally be waived. We may issue a refund or credit in our discretion without creating an obligation to do so in another case.

4. Duplicate, unauthorized, or incorrect charges

Contact us promptly if you believe a charge was duplicated, unauthorized, or processed in error. Include the account email, charge date, and amount, but never email a complete card number or password. We may ask you to work with Stripe or your payment provider to verify the issue.

5. Failed payments and grace access

If a recurring payment fails, the subscription may enter a short grace period while you update the payment method. Grace access is a courtesy, is not guaranteed, and may end automatically. Continued nonpayment may suspend licensing and download access.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact support before initiating a chargeback so we can investigate legitimate billing issues. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account suspension, termination, and preservation of relevant records. Nothing here limits your lawful right to dispute an unauthorized or incorrect charge.

7. Price changes

Future price changes apply prospectively after reasonable notice and do not retroactively change completed charges. You may cancel before a new price takes effect.

8. Policy changes

We may update this Refund and Cancellation Policy. Changes apply prospectively, subject to applicable law and the terms presented when you purchased.
