Trading risk
Futures, derivatives, leveraged products, and prop-firm trading involve substantial risk and are not suitable for every person. You may lose some or all of the money committed to trading, evaluation fees, subscription fees, or funded-account opportunities. Past performance, simulated results, screenshots, examples, and testimonials do not guarantee future results.
Software limitations
DOMINION PRO is an execution and journaling tool. It does not analyze whether a trade is suitable, predict markets, select entries, provide signals, monitor every risk, or guarantee that follower accounts will receive the same fill as the leader account. Differences may occur because of latency, platform state, account permissions, instrument settings, quantity settings, broker behavior, rejected orders, partial fills, slippage, disconnections, market volatility, or user configuration.
Risk controls are not guarantees
Risk settings and lockout timers may help support discipline, but they do not eliminate risk or replace monitoring. Software controls can be misconfigured, delayed, disabled, bypassed, or affected by third-party systems. You remain responsible for verifying settings, orders, positions, account limits, and compliance with every broker or prop-firm rule.
Execution failures, open positions, and emergency supervision
DOMINION PRO and all trade-copying software may fail, delay, duplicate, reject, partially execute, or omit an entry, modification, cancellation, stop, target, or exit. A leader account showing flat does not guarantee that every follower account is flat. Open positions or working orders may remain because of a disconnection, platform error, broker or prop-firm rejection, partial fill, market condition, computer shutdown or sleep state, internet interruption, third-party outage, user configuration, or software malfunction.
You must actively monitor the actual account state in the NinjaTrader Control Center, including the Accounts, Orders, Executions, and Positions tabs, and the broker or futures commission merchant portal when available. The broker or futures commission merchant records—not the DOMINION PRO display—control the actual status of positions, orders, fills, balances, and account exposure. After every entry, modification, cancellation, and exit, you must verify the result on every affected account.
If any account is inconsistent with your intended position, immediately stop or disarm DOMINION PRO, cancel working orders, and manually close or flatten affected positions using NinjaTrader or your broker's emergency controls. Use any “Flatten Everything” command only when you intend its account-wide effect. You must maintain the knowledge, access, and ability to manage positions without DOMINION PRO.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FaithfullyTrading and its owners, contractors, and affiliates are not responsible for losses, failed evaluations, account violations, fees, slippage, margin events, liquidations, or other damages arising from missed, late, rejected, duplicated, partial, or failed orders; a failure to close or flatten positions; orders or positions remaining open; third-party system behavior; or a user's failure to monitor and intervene. Nothing in this disclaimer excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
No financial advice
Nothing on this website, in the software, in support communications, or in the Faithfully Trading community should be treated as personalized financial, investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice. Make independent decisions and consult qualified professionals when appropriate.
Prop-firm rules
Prop firms may restrict copy trading, account coordination, devices, strategies, news trading, automation, consistency, position size, or other conduct. Rules can change. You are solely responsible for confirming that your use of the software is allowed and for complying with all applicable terms.
Testing and supervision
Test the product in simulation or another controlled environment before live use. Start with conservative settings, verify every connected account, and maintain the ability to intervene. Do not trade money you cannot afford to lose.
