7-day free trial
DOMINION PRO includes one 7-day free trial per account. A card is required. After seven days, it renews at $30 per month unless canceled through Manage Billing.
Monthly subscription payments
Subscriptions renew automatically at the amount shown at checkout, currently $30 per month, until canceled. You may cancel through Manage Billing in the customer portal.
Refund eligibility
Except where required by law, subscription charges are generally nonrefundable after they are processed because access to digital software and customer services is made available immediately. Canceling stops future renewal; it does not automatically refund the current period.
Duplicate or incorrect charges
Contact support promptly if you believe you were charged more than once for the same subscription period, charged after a confirmed cancellation, or charged due to a verified billing error. Provide the account email and relevant Stripe receipt details, but never send full card numbers or passwords.
Technical issues
Before requesting billing consideration for a technical problem, contact support and allow a reasonable opportunity to troubleshoot compatibility, installation, login, or license issues. Problems caused by unsupported systems, third-party outages, broker restrictions, prop-firm rules, user settings, or failure to follow setup instructions may not qualify for a refund.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support may lead to suspension of account and license access while the dispute is reviewed. This does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
How to request review
Use the Support page and include the email used for the subscription, the date of the charge, and a brief explanation. Do not include passwords or full payment-card information.
